Flows handhold users through various sequential tasks.

Use the following steps to create a Flow,

    CLM_editor plug in(2)

  2. Click Flow.

  3. Enter the name of the Flow as you want it displayed to the end user.

  4. Click +Step.

  5. Click the desired element on the page that the end user needs to select.

You can use left-click or right-click on the mouse to select an element.

  6. Review/Edit the auto-generated action text on the step.

  7. Enter any additional information that you want to provide, and then click Add Step.

  8. Navigate to where you want to start the next step, and then click +Step on the Whatfix toolbar.

  9. Repeat steps 5 to 8 to add additional steps.

  10. When all the steps are captured, on the Whatfix toolbar, click Maximize.

  11. Click Save.

To display the Flow in the Self Help tab, you need to configure the segment for Visibility Rules. But when you are using the Preview mode, any content that you create is automatically added to a default segment that ensures that the content can be accessed from the Self Help tab. This is only to get you started quickly. For more information on Segmentation, see Segmentation.
