# Customize the "No Results Found" Text in Self Help

In Self Help, a search might return no results due to missing content on that topic or a typo in the search term.

In such cases, the following default message appears:
**Sorry, No results found!**

Use the following steps to customize the default message in Old Self Help:

3. Click **Support**.

4. Under **No Search Results**, modify the text to be displayed to end users.

5. Click **Save**.
