# Customize Dashboard List View

The List view enables you to view detailed information about the content on the Whatfix Dashboard. 

### Customize the List View

Add additional columns to view information.

1. On the Whatfix dashboard, click the **Table Settings** icon.

2. Click **Columns on page**.

3. Select the columns you want to display using the checkbox.

You can re-arrange the columns by hovering your cursor over the column you want to move, clicking and dragging and dropping it horizontally in the desired position.

You can view up to 100 contents in the List View.

1. On the Whatfix dashboard, click the **Table Settings** icon.

2. Click **Rows on page**.

3. Place a checkmark next to the number of rows you want to view on one screen.

The **Fit to screen** option lists content based on your desktop or laptop screen size.
