The User Sentiment score provides a single score for all NPS surveys conducted within an application. The User Sentiment score report exports and shares with stakeholders for further analysis.

The following are the two types of reports that can be exported from the Enterprise Insights dashboard:

  • Consolidated report
  • Detailed report

Consolidated report: The consolidated report includes the application name, the number of NPS surveys conducted within the application, the User Sentiment score for the application, and the total number of responses received for all surveys.

The following image displays a sample Consolidated report:

Detailed report: The detailed report lists all responses received for NPS surveys conducted within the application. It includes the application name, the survey name, the response date, the User ID, and the responses.

Use the following steps to export the reports:

  1. On the Enterprise Insights dashboard, click Applications.

  1. Click User sentiment.

  2. Click Export.
    click_export_in_user_sentiment_score

  3. Select Consolidated report or Detailed report from the dropdown.

Note:
  • The Consolidated report is downloaded to your local drive.
  • Whatfix sends the Detailed report as a ZIP file to your email.
