The Quick Capture Flow focuses on speed, fundamentally changing how you build Flows. Create Flow steps by clicking the UI elements, which records all your interactions. It further uses AI to automatically convert your clicks into configured steps with titles and descriptions, thereby minimizing configuration pauses and accelerating the entire process. For more information, see What Quick Capture Flows are? and How to create Quick Capture Flows?
Both Censor mode and Censor Sensitive Information are meant to censor any critical information that appears only when you download multi-format outputs of Flows. This information does not impact those who do not use multi format outputs. For more information, see Hide sensitive information from Flow images and Multi-format outputs of Flows.
The Censor mode in Quick Capture Flows is meant to hide sensitive information (such as email ids and passwords) in Flow steps while capturing the Flow steps. It’s a pre-capturing capability.

On the other hand, Censor Sensitive Information is available only for Legacy model of Flows, that is, Attached to element and Free-floating step types. The capability works only after creating Flow steps.
