The Cues that you create and save on Whatfix needs to be pushed to the Whatfix CDN servers before it is available to your end users. You might be able to see the Cue using the Preview Mode, but for the Cue to reflect on your end user's application, you must publish it.
Only an Account Manager can perform the following task. For more information about available roles, see Whatfix User Roles.
Use the following steps to publish a Cue collection:
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click Cues.

Select the Cue collection using the checkbox, and then click Send to Ready.

Go to the Ready stage, select the Cue collection using the checkbox, and then click Publish.

Note:
If you want to publish the Cues customization changes, click Publish all.

In the Publish changes dialog box, click Publish.

Info:
When the process is complete, you receive a notification email.
The publish action usually takes only a few minutes. However, depending on your deployment method, there might be a delay before end users see the updated content.
The time it takes for content and widgets to appear for your end users varies by deployment type:
- Whatfix Store deployments: Updates typically reflect within a few minutes after content is pushed.
- Extension-based deployments: Updates might take up to 30 minutes to appear. This time might vary depending on where the extension is hosted, such as the Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Store, or another store.
