# Smart Tips als PDF teilen

Mit Whatfix können Sie Ihre Smart Tips als PDF teilen. Jeder Smart Tip auf dem Whatfix Dashboard kann als Anhang per E-Mail an einen Kunden übermittelt werden.

              **Info**:

              

Wenn der Smart-Tip-Titel Leerzeichen oder eines dieser Sonderzeichen enthält **—**, **<**, **>**, **:**, **"**, **/**, **|**, **?**, *, **#**, **%**, **Punkt (.)** und **Komma (,)**, werden sie beim Teilen des Inhalts durch einen **Unterstrich (_)** ersetzt. Dadurch werden Fehler unterbunden.

Führen Sie die folgenden Schritte aus, um einen Smart-Tipp als PDF zu teilen:

1. 2. 1. 3. - E-Mails werden von der **support@whatfix.com** Adresse mit dem Betreff **-Smart Tips geteilt durch <user_name>** gesendet.
- Standardmäßig können Smart Tips nur für Benutzer geteilt werden, deren E-Mail-Adresse zu der Domäne Ihrer Gesellschaft gehört.
