Article summary

Whatfix enables you to deploy extensions on your iOS devices (iPads and iPhones) on the Safari browser. The Whatfix extension displays content created on top of the application for your end users.

Use the following steps to deploy the Whatfix extension on your device:

Note:

The Whatfix extension is created specifically for your organization and is unavailable on the App store. The extension is Unlisted and is directly shared with you by the Whatfix team. To get the URL to install the Whatfix extension, contact support@whatfix.com.

A. Download and install the Whatfix extension

  1. Open the link shared with you by the Whatfix team on your iOS device. Let’s say you are a part of an organization called ABC Industries. Here’s an example installation link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/whatfix-for-abc-industries/id123456789.

You are then redirected to the App Store to complete the installation.
