Issue
When you open Diagnostics on a page to troubleshoot your content and widgets, no content is displayed.
Probable Causes
You have not refreshed the page after navigating to it, which prevents the content from loading.
The content you want to preview is in the Draft stage, and the Include Draft content and widgets checkbox is not enabled.
Suggested Solutions
Refresh the page to load the content in Diagnostics. For more information, see Whatfix Diagnostics in Studio.
If the content you want to preview is in the Draft stage, enable the Include Draft content and widgets. checkbox.
