    Diagnostics does not display content

    Issue

    When you open Diagnostics on a page to troubleshoot your content and widgets, no content is displayed.

    Probable Causes

    • You have not refreshed the page after navigating to it, which prevents the content from loading.

    • The content you want to preview is in the Draft stage, and the Include Draft content and widgets checkbox is not enabled.

    Suggested Solutions

    • Refresh the page to load the content in Diagnostics. For more information, see Whatfix Diagnostics in Studio.

    • If the content you want to preview is in the Draft stage, enable the Include Draft content and widgets. checkbox.
