# Diagnostics does not display content

### Issue

#### Probable Causes

- You have not refreshed the page after navigating to it, which prevents the content from loading.
- The content you want to preview is in the Draft stage, and the **Include Draft content and widgets** checkbox is not enabled.

#### Suggested Solutions

- Refresh the page to load the content in Diagnostics. For more information, see [Whatfix Diagnostics in Studio](/studio/docs/diagnostics).
