# Remove a Beacon Segment from Production

Whatfix enables you to stop showing Beacons that are no longer relevant for your end users by moving them from the Production Stage to the Draft Stage. 

:::(Warning) (Note:)
* Moving the Beacon segment does not delete the content.
* Once moved, the Beacon gets removed from your application.
* Move the segment back to Production if you want your end users to see the Beacon again.

Use the following steps to move a Beacon segment:

3. Select the Beacon collection that you want to disable using the checkbox.

4. Click **Unpublish**.
