Disable Feedback using Likert Scale

Whatfix enables you to request for Flow Feedback using Likert Scale when you want to analyze how helpful the Flow was for your end users. You may want to disable the Likert Scale and go back to the default Flow Feedback.

Use the following steps to disable the Likert Scale option on the Whatfix Dashboard:

To remove the Likert Scale feature from your Whatfix account, contact support@whatfix.com.

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.

  2. Click Flows.
    ia_style_flows

  1. Click the End Message tab, and then select the End Message checkbox.

  2. Clear the Likert scale checkbox.

  3. Click Save.

  • Configuring Likert Scale from the Style tab is global and applies to all the Flows.
  • In case, you want to disable the end message for a particular Flow, see Disable the End message of a Flow
