Disable Star rating Feedback

Whatfix enables you to request for Flow Feedback using Star rating when you want to analyze how helpful the Flow was for your end users. You may want to disable the Star rating and go back to the default Flow Feedback.

Use the following steps to disable the Star rating option on the Whatfix Dashboard:

To remove the Star rating feature from your Whatfix account, contact support@whatfix.com.

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.
    ia_left%20nav_style

  2. Click Flows.
    ia_style_flows

  1. Click the End Message tab, and then clear the Star rating checkbox.
    Disable_Star_rating

  2. Click Save.
    RB_dashboard_config_end_message_save

  • Configuring Likert Scale from the Style tab is global and applies to all the Flows.
  • In case, you want to disable the end message for a particular Flow, see Disable the End message of a Flow.
