# Disable Self Help Search History Popup

Whatfix retains five recently viewed contents in the Self Help segment as the search history. This history remains visible to end users for 90 days or until the browser cache is cleared; whichever happens earlier. However, if you don't want the search history to show up in the Self Help, use the following steps to disable it:
