# Unpublish Task list

When you no longer want to show the Task List on your application, you can unpublish it. Once unpublished, it no longer appears on your application, and end users cannot access it.

          **Note:**

Only an **Account Manager** can perform the following task. For more information about available roles, see [Whatfix User Roles](/studio/docs/whatfix-user-roles).

Use the following steps to unpublish the Task List:

1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click **Widgets**. ![ia_left_nav_widgets](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/ia_left_nav_widgets.png)

**Note**:

The Task List moves back to the Draft stage, and end users no longer see this Task List.
