Display Rules enable you to configure Flows steps to appear only when pre-determined conditions are met. Using such rules ensures that the Flow step appears at the right time and at the intended place.
Display rule conditions are set based on the following:
Use the following steps to add Display Rules to Flow steps:

Log in to the application where you want to create content, and then launch the Whatfix Studio.

Click Flow.

Enter the name of the Flow.

Click Add Step.

In the Studio toolbar, select a capture mode.

- Click the desired elements on the page that the user needs to select.
Review or edit the auto generated text on the Flow step.

Enter any additional information that you want to provide in the description section of the tooltip.
In the Whatfix Studio editor, click Visibility Rules.
Set the Where, When, and Who conditions. For more information on the different conditions, see Visibility and Display Rule Conditions.
Click Save Step to finish creating the step and then, continue creating the Flow.
