# Download Survey Report

Whatfix enables you to download Survey reports, which help you analyze Survey responses and share insights with other stakeholders.

Use the following steps to download a Survey report:

1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click **Guidance analytics**.

2. Click **Surveys**.

4. In the **Summary** tab, select the time frame you want the report for, and then click **Go**.

Your title goes hereBy default, only data from the Production stage is shown. If you want to get data from other stages, you need to configure them on your Whatfix Dashboard. For more information, see [Get Analytics Data across CLM Stages](/studio/docs/get-analytics-data-across-clm-stages).  
Up to six months of Analytics data can be downloaded at any given time.

5. Click **Export Data**.

Once the report is downloaded, go to your Downloads folder and extract the CSV file from the zip file.

## Understand the Survey Report

The Survey report shows you the User IDs and responses of the end users who participated in the Survey, along with a Timestamp for each response, showing when it was received.
