# Download Whatfix Flows as Videos

You can download auto-generated videos of Flows. Such videos can be used to educate your end users about any workflow or process.

**Note**:

- You can also add voiceovers to the videos generated from Flows. For more information, see [Add Voiceovers to Whatfix videos](/studio/docs/adding-voiceovers-to-whatfix-videos).
- Authorization of YouTube is no longer supported.

Use the following steps to download Whatfix Flows as videos:

Note:

You can only download videos of a Flow in another language if the Flow's translation is up to date in that language. Flows that are out of date in your selected language do not get downloaded.

Note:

- A download link along with the list of Flows downloaded is sent as an email to your registered email address. The download link is valid for 24 hours. ![video_download_mail(1)](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/video_download_mail%281%29.png)
- The time taken to receive the download link depends on the following factors:
  - The number of Flows selected.
  - The number of steps in each Flow.
  - The Whatfix server already has existing download requests queued.  

For example, if you want to download 10 Flows with 10 steps each and there are no existing download requests in the queue, then the download link is received in 2.5 hours.
- If it takes more than 24 hours to receive the download link then, contact [support@whatfix.com](mailto:support@whatfix.com?Subject=Did%20not%20receive%20the%20Flow%20Video%20download%20link&Body=Hello%20Team%2C%0A%0AI%20did%20not%20receive%20the%20Flow%20video%20download%20link%2C%20for%20more%20than%2024%20hours.%20Kindly%20provide%20help%20with%20the%20same.%20%0A%0AThanks%20and%20regards.).
- Only Flows can be downloaded as videos, PDF, or support links.
- Due to the Windows systems restrictions, the Flows being downloaded must **not** have special characters(*, ?, /, , etc.) in the title.
- The video files are generated in a **.mp4** format but are compressed and sent to you in a **.zip** format.
