    Can end users permanently close a Pop-up?

    Yes, you can enable your end users to permanently close a Pop-up. When configuring a Pop-up, in the Controls panel, enable the Don't show me again toggle.

    pop_up_dont_show_me_again

    Enabling the toggle displays a Don't show me again checkbox to your end users. If the end user clicks that option, the Pop-up won't be shown again for the particular user, irrespective of the occurrence count set.

    Click don't show me again on pop-ups to stop showing the pop-up permanently to users
