A Pop-up that is configured to appear on a page can reappear based on its New Visibility Rules and remaining display count, even after you close it by clicking the Close button or the X icon.
When you click the Close button or the X icon, the Pop-up reappears based on its remaining display count. For example, if a Pop-up is configured to appear three times, closing it once lets it appear two more times when you refresh the page.
When you select Don’t show me again, the Pop-up doesn’t appear again, even if the display count is not reached.
Tip:
Add the Pop-up to a Launcher or Beacon to make it accessible at any time. Adding a Pop-up to a Launcher or Beacon automatically disables the Pop-up’s New Visibility Rules. The Pop-up appears only when a user clicks the Launcher or Beacon.
