Introduction
End users can view the content you've added to your Self Help segments in the Explorer component of Improved Self Help.
The content shown in Explorer depends on the segment being displayed to the end user, as determined by your segments' Visibility Rules. The content that is part of the default listing of the segment is displayed in the Explorer's content listing.
For example, consider you have a Self Help segment configured to show on the Home Page of your application. It contains only Flows starting from the Home Page. When an end user uses Improved Self Help on the Home Page, Explorer contains only these Flows.
Now consider you have another segment configured for the Terms and Conditions page, containing only some articles and links. When an end user uses Improved Self Help on the Terms and Conditions page, they see only the articles and links added to the second segment in Explorer.
