Customize a Launcher

Customize a Launcher and the text on it, or the icons that appears to suit your application.
This is an account-level configuration, changes made here are applied to all the Launcher collections.
Use the following steps to customize a Launcher:
- On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.

Click Launchers.

Expand Appearance and select the Launcher Type using the dropdown.

Select the Label Only option if you want your Launcher to appear as a button.

Use different button styles to suit the underlying application. Select between Filled (Primary) button, Outline (Secondary) button, and Text button styles based on your use case.

Configure the Color, Corner radius, Height, and Width for the Launcher.

Select the Icon Only option if you want your Launcher to appear as an icon.

In the Icon section, select the icon you want to use.
- Click +Add Icon to add custom icons from the Icon library. For more information, see Use custom icons for Launcher.
- Add up to 5 icons to the Icon section.
- Once this limit is reached, the + Add Icon button appears grayed out.
- To add new icons, hover your cursor over the icon and click Remove icon.

Once you select the icon, make the following configurations:
- Color: Select the color from the existing color picker or enter the hex code of the desired color.
your title goes hereIf you are unable to change the icon color for certain SVGs, it might be due to fixed colors embedded in the SVG file. For more information, see SVG Best Practices for Icon Library.
- Size: Select the desired size using the dropdown.
- Color: Select the color from the existing color picker or enter the hex code of the desired color.
- Make the necessary changes, and then click Save.
- If you click Discard changes, all the modifications you've made to the content are lost, and the page reverts to its previously saved state.
- For these changes to reflect for your end users, you must perform a Push to Production. For more information, see Should I do a Push to Production for any content changes?
