Whatfix provides easy-to-configure analytics with the most popular analytics tool: Google Analytics (GA).
You need to configure Google Analytics (GA4) to be able to see the following reports.
You can perform the following actions only after configuring your Whatfix account to your Google Analytics account:
- Track usage of the Flows you have created using Whatfix.
- Track usage of the various Whatfix widgets (onboarding Popups, Self Help, Beacons, Tasklist, slideshows, and more.)
The numbers may vary between Whatfix Analytics and Google Analytics. This is because Whatfix Analytics uses India Standard Time (IST) GMT +5:30 timezone, and your analytics must be configured in a different timezone. To see the same numbers, update the timezone in your Google Analytics account under Admin > View Settings > Time zone country or territory.
