Save button does not appear in Whatfix Studio

Issue:

When creating Whatfix content such as Flows, Beacons, Smart Tips, Launchers, and more using the Whatfix Studio, the Save button does not appear, preventing you from saving your work.

Cause:  

The Save button might not appear for the following reasons:

• The Whatfix Dashboard or Studio did not load correctly.

• The page's zoom level is set too high, causing the Save button to be hidden from view.

Solution:

• Refresh both the Whatfix Dashboard and Studio.

• Try zooming out of the page to see if the Save button becomes visible. For more information on how to zoom out of the page, see Zoom in and out of a page.
