To display information to users before running a Flow, Whatfix enables the configuration of a Pop-up called Flow information Pop-up. The Pop-up appears before the steps in a Flow start appearing.
For example, instruct users to keep particular information accessible before running a Flow to prevent any interruptions. Achieve this use case by adding the wfx_play_as_popup tag, either in the Studio while creating a Flow or on the Dashboard after Flow creation.
- The Flow Title and Description appear in the Pop-up.
- The Flow information Pop-up does not appear if the Flow is attached to a Pop-up.
Use the following steps to display information to your users before running a Flow:
- On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

- Click Flows.

- Select the Flows to launch as a Pop-up.

- Click Tags.

- Under Manage tags, search for the wfx_play_as_popup tag and add it to the field.

- Click Update.

Customize the Flow information Pop-up
