# Unable to remove Whatfix logo from a Pop-up

## Issue

While creating a Pop-up, you are unable to remove the Whatfix logo. ![Visual Editor_Popup](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/Pop-up%20Editor.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-05T07%3A14%3A56Z&se=2026-11-05T08%3A14%3A56Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=oRu%2Bsp4R8CMYYotSGs6e9Ge85mKbkwzB59%2FiBtb7458%3D)

## Probable Cause

By default, Whatfix Pop-ups has the organization logo as a place holder in locations where images and videos can be included.

## Suggested Solutions

- Add images or videos to your Pop-up. For more information, see [Insert an Image in a Pop-up](/studio/docs/inserting-an-image-in-a-pop-up).
- In case you don't have any image or video to add, use the following steps to remove the Whatfix logo from your Pop-up,
  1. Go to the Pop-up for which you want to remove the logo.
  2. Click the **Whatfix logo**. ![Click_logo](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/Screenshot%202024-09-08%20at%202.56.30%20PM.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-05T07%3A14%3A56Z&se=2026-11-05T08%3A14%3A56Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=oRu%2Bsp4R8CMYYotSGs6e9Ge85mKbkwzB59%2FiBtb7458%3D)
