Issue
While creating a Pop-up, the uploaded video displays black edges that are not present in the recorded video.

Probable Causes
The video’s dimensions doesn’t match the dimensions of the container frame in the Whatfix Pop-up.
If the original video is cropped before uploading, the new dimensions might not fit the Pop-up frame, resulting in the black edges.
The CSS code view of the Pop-up’s height and width has been modified.
Suggested Solution
Use the following steps to remove the black edges:
Select the Resize options icon to adjust the video's height and width.
Click the Fit to height option.
Update the pixel values in the Video height (in pixels) field to ensure the video fits your widget layout. For more information, see Resize a video in a Pop-up.
