# Error: Access Denied

## Issue
You get an **Access Denied** error when trying to download Whatfix Flow as a [Video](/studio/docs/downloading-whatfix-videos){target=`_blank`}, [Link](/studio/docs/download-a-flow-as-a-link){target=`_blank`}, [PDF](/studio/docs/sharing-flows-as-pdf){target=`_blank`}, or [ODF file](/studio/docs/downloading-whatfix-flows-as-odt-files){target=`_blank`} using the download link.

## Probable Causes
* You try to access the link without logging in to the Whatfix Dashboard. Without proper authentication, Whatfix denies access to the file download.
* Your organization’s firewall, proxy, or security settings block access to Whatfix’s download links.

## Suggested Solutions
* Log in to your Whatfix Dashboard, and then access the download link to download the Flow as a Video, Link, PDF, or ODF file.
* Verify with your IT or Security team if firewall or proxy restrictions are blocking Whatfix domains and request whitelisting if required.
