# Error: Can't reach this page

### Issue

When your end users click Flow, they are being directed to the following error page. ![error_can't_reach_this_page.png](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/error_can't_reach_this_page.png)

### Probable Cause

The Flow ID doesn't include the required wfx-prefix. When a Flow ID is added without the wfx- prefix, it’s treated as a regular hyperlink, and since that page may not exist, it results in a broken or unreachable page.

### Suggested Solution

The link must be added in the wfx-Flow ID format. The link must use the following format: wfx-Flow ID. For more information, see [Link two Flows](https://support.whatfix.com/docs/linking-two-flows?highlight=link%20flow).

> [!WARNING]
> Note
>
> - The http:// prefix might be automatically added in the URL field, but it does not affect Flow redirection.
