# Error: HTTP Status 404 - Not Found

## Issue

Getting **HTTP Status 404 - Not Found** error in the browser tab when clicking the download link for the [Guidance Analytics report](/studio/docs/what-reports-can-be-generated-using-the-whatfix-dashboard) from email. ![https_404_error](https://cdn.document360.io/a268766e-d74d-4619-9613-e2472f809ffb/Images/Documentation/https_404_error.png)

## Probable Cause

The system displays a 404 error when an active session of the Whatfix Dashboard is not open while attempting to download any report from email.

### Suggested Solution

Log into the Whatfix Dashboard in the same browser using a new tab, then open the download link in another tab.
