# Error: Maximum number of segments reached

## Issue

Whatfix shows you the "Widget Limit Reached" error message when you try creating a widget.

## Probable Cause

Whatfix enables you to create as many as 75 widget segments for each widget and store them in your account. This is the default limit for any widget.

## Suggested Solutions

Implement one of the following solutions:

1. Increase the default widget limit by contacting [support@whatfix.com](mailto:support@whatfix.com?Subject=Increase%20the%20limit%20of%20widget%20segments&Body=Hello%20Team%2C%0A%0APlease%20increase%20the%20limit%20of%20Widget%20segments%20for%20my%20account.%20%0A%0AThanks%20and%20regards.)
2. [Archive](/studio/docs/archive-whatfix-content-or-widgets) segments that are not in use.
