# Error: The euaddons.whatfix.com page can't be found

## Issue

You're trying to install the Whatfix Studio EU extension using the **Install studio to create content** link in the Whatfix EU Guidance dashboard, but you're getting the following error: The euaddons.whatfix.com page can't be found.

## Probable Cause

Your organization's IT policy does not enable you to download and install any third-party extensions.
