# Error: Unable to update integration

## Issue
You're getting the following error: **Unable to update integration. Please try again** while trying to update and save your integration.

## Probable Cause

This error is shown if you include any special character apart from **-, _, #, :) . "** in your **Integration Description**.

In the following screenshot, **&** is used in the **Integration Description** which results in the error.

This error is shown if you include any special character apart from **-, _, #, :) . "** in the **Integration Title** as well.

## Suggested Solution

1. Check if you have used any special character other than **-, _, #, :) . "** in your **Integration Description**. 
2. Remove the special character and save your integration.
