# Exported SCORM package is not working

#### Issue

Exporting a SCORM package that contains flows with a specific tag (e.g., new dashboard) does not capture new flows on the dashboard.

#### Probable Cause

**Incorrect Tags**: The flows contain incorrect Tags, preventing inclusion in the export. For more information, see [Tags for Segmentation](/studio/docs/segmentation-using-tags).

#### Suggested Solutions

- **Verify the Tags**: Confirm that the new tags are added correctly to the flows intended for export.
- **Test with Existing Tags**: Export the SCORM package without the specific tag to rule out general export function issues.
- **Check Tag Contents**: Verify that the tags contain correct values on the Whatfix dashboard.
- **Use Copied Flows as a Temporary Solution**: Create copies of the affected flows and use them as the main versions. Delete the original, non-working flows.
