# Which AI models does QuickRead use and where are they hosted?

QuickRead uses the following AI models to provide accurate responses:

- **OpenAI text-embedding-ada-002:** Used to create content sections and embeddings.
- **OpenAI GPT-4o**and**Cohere Reranker v3**: Used to obtain answers for QuickRead.

The AI models are hosted directly on Azure Cloud within the selected geographic regions (US or EU). The models are used as is, without additional fine-tuning. Queries are routed to the customer’s chosen data center region. If a customer uses the EU data center, their queries go to models hosted in the EU; if they use the US data center, queries go to the US.
