# Freshdesk Integration

Whatfix Freshdesk integration enables you to sync your Flows as slideshows in your desired Freshdesk folder.

> The integration works with content only in the Production stage.

Use the following steps to sync your Flows to Freshdesk:

1. 2. 3. Enter your Freshdesk account ID. 4. Choose your Freshdesk login method and enter your credentials.

**Use a Freshdesk login**

Enter your Freshdesk account's email address and password.

1. 2. 3. 4.
