# Generate Credentials for Freshservice Integration

Integrate Freshservice with Whatfix to fetch articles from your Freshservice Repository and display them as contextual links in the Self Help and Task List widget. The integration enables you to fetch all the content or only articles in particular folders.

## Pre-requisites

1. An API token to access the repository.
2. The folder or category name that needs to be crawled.

          Info:

          

- The folder or category name is case-sensitive, so the exact names are required.
- If you don't specify the folder or category name before integration, all the content in the repository are crawled.

## Create an API token

Log in to your Freshservice Dashboard and use the following steps shown in the slideshow to create an API token:
