Whatfix enables easy configuration of analytics with [Google Analytics (GA)](https://analytics.google.com/){target="_blank"}. :::(Warning) (Note:) Configure Google Analytics (GA4) to view the following reports. ::: You can perform the following actions only after configuring your Whatfix account to your Google Analytics account: * Track usage of the Flows created using Whatfix. * Track usage of the various Whatfix widgets (onboarding Popups, Self Help, Beacons, Tasklist, slideshows, and more.) :::(Warning) (Note:) The numbers may vary between Whatfix Analytics and Google Analytics. Whatfix Analytics uses India Standard Time (IST) GMT +5:30, while your analytics may be configured in a different timezone. To align the numbers, update the timezone in your Google Analytics account under **Admin > View Settings > Time zone** country or territory. ::: Here's a quick overview of the various dashboards and reports available in GA4.

Dashboard Name	Description
Editor's performance	Provides an overview of the Flows being created and edited by Flow editors in your Whatfix business account.
Self Help widget performance	Provides an overview of the performance of the Self Help widget with details like: Number of times Self Help is clicked. Number of times a Flow is launched from the Self Help. Webpages on which Self Help is clicked most of the times.
Usefulness of help articles	Provides a comprehensive overview of the usage of Whatfix Flows wherever it is being used in your product. Tracks the usage of multiple formats, including: Views of Whatfix Flow in slideshow format (in the knowledge base, blog, and more). Number of runs of Flows. Where users are not completing the Flows Number of times Flow failures occurred.
Guided Pop-up and smart Pop-up	Provides usage of the guided pop-up and smart pop-up widgets. Number of times the guided pop-up or smart pop-up was viewed. Number of times the guided pop-up was played or skipped. Number of times the user selected the 'Do not show again' option on the pop-ups. Completion rate of the Flow in guided pop-up.

Here's a list of Flow related reports that are available in GA and can help you track your account usage.

Report Name	Description
Flows - Viewed	This report counts the number of times a particular Flow has been viewed in slideshow format.
Flows - Completely viewed	This analytics report gives the count of the number of times a particular Flow has been completely viewed in slideshow format.
Flows - With only start page view	This analytics report gives the count of the number of times when users have viewed only the introduction slide of Flow in the slideshow format.
Flows - Live runs	This analytics report gives the count of the number of times a particular Flow has been launched in the live mode.
Flows - Live runs completed	This analytics report gives the count of the number of times a particular Flow has been completed in the live mode.
Flows - Need attention	This analytics report gives the count of the number of times a particular Flow has been manually closed by the user during a live run on any step. It also provides the steps at which users frequently close the Flow.
Flows - Need rework	This analytics report gives the count of the number of times a particular Flow has failed to launch or complete. It also provides the steps where failures occur frequently.
