Whatfix enables you to add a note to inform stakeholders about the changes you are about to publish. The Notifications section of the Whatfix dashboard displays the notes added for a published piece of content.
Use the following steps to view the notes added while publishing Whatfix content:
On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Notifications.
Click the publish notification for which you want to view the details.
A dialog box appears and displays details that include the note entered at the time of publishing, the author who published the content, and the names of the content that were published.
