# How do I find my account name and account ID?

Whatfix Support requires your account name and account ID when you request help or feature enablement, such as Cohorts as Visibility Rules or additional themes.

Find the name and unique ID of your Whatfix account using the dashboard.

### How can I find my account name?

The account name, also known as the **Enterprise (ENT) name**, displays at the top of the dashboard and identifies your Whatfix account.

Use the following steps to find the name of your Whatfix account:

1. Go to the Whatfix Guidance, Analytics or Mirror dashboard.

### How can I find my account ID?

The account ID is a unique number provided by Whatfix to identify your account and deliver accurate analytics.

The account ID is also called **Enterprise (ENT) ID**.

Use browser developer tools to find your ENT ID:

If your account uses [JavaScript Embed method of deployment](/docs/choosing-a-delivery-method), the ENT ID is also available in the deployment script. Use the following steps to find your ENT ID:
