How do I find my account ID and account name?

If you write to Whatfix support for any reason, be it to ask for support regarding any issues you are facing, or have certain features enabled for your account, like Cohorts, extra themes, etcetera., Whatfix requires your account ID and account name.
You can find the name and unique ID of your Whatfix account using the Dashboard.

How can I find my account name?
The account name is also called Enterprise (ENT) name.
Use the following steps to find the name of your Whatfix account:

Go to the Whatfix Dashboard.

On the top right, next to the Settings icon, the name of your account is present.
If you have the enhanced Whatfix dashboard, the account name is present at the top in both the Guidance and Product Analytics dashboards.
How can I find my account ID?
Your account ID is the unique account number provided by Whatfix. Account ID helps Whatfix identify your account and provide accurate analytics for each account.
The account ID is also called Enterprise (ENT) ID.
Use the following steps to find your Account ID:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Guidance analytics.

Click Summary.
- Go to the URL of the page.
The combination of letters and alphabets is visible. This is your unique account ID.
The time stamp is not part of your unique ENT or account ID.
