Whatfix retains the repository content data for 2 years post-termination of the contract. If Whatfix needs to delete, update, or modify data anytime during the term of engagement or post termination, contact your Whatfix representative or reach out to Whatfix Support. Whatfix deletes, updates, or modifies such data within 30 days and provides a confirmation on the same.
