# How to select an element when there are multiple options?

Whatfix enables you to communicate the various options that your end users might have while using your product or website through accurate element selection. For example, let's assume you want to import Accounts into Salesforce you can do it in multiple ways.

Whatfix recommends that you select the entire **What do you want to do** element in the Import section that shows the different methods which you can use to import accounts.

When there are multiple options that the user interacts with, Whatfix recommends that you select the precise element with the option and then set the **On selection change** step completion rule.
