# Image or Video blocked when you add it to a Flow

## Issue
You try to embed a video or image in a Flow step, but a **This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix this issue** error is displayed.

## Probable Causes
One of the following issues could be a reason for the error being displayed:

* Whatfix domains haven't been whitelisted
* The link of the media file added to the Flow is not an embed link
* [Content-Security-Policy (CSP)](https://bluetriangle.com/blog/how-to-find-out-if-a-site-has-a-content-security-policy-csp-deployed){target=`_blank`} errors have blocked the media from being shown

## Suggested Solutions

* Ensure that the required domains have been whitelisted. For more information, see [What are the trusted Whatfix domains to whitelist?](/studio/docs/what-are-the-trusted-whatfix-domains-to-whitelist){target="_blank"}
* Copy the [embed links](https://itstillworks.com/difference-between-embedding-linking-10052367.html){target="_blank"} of the media files you wish to add in a Flow, and not just the normal links. 
* Check the console for any [CSP errors](https://bluetriangle.com/blog/how-to-find-out-if-a-site-has-a-content-security-policy-csp-deployed){target="_blank"} due to which images or videos may be getting blocked.
