Integrating email support in Self Help

The Email Integration in your Whatfix widget will open the native email client. Once set up, this feature will allow the user to email to your contact/support email.
How does it work?
The Email once enabled, will be a button inside the Self Help. The icon will show up only after a user searches in the menu and gets no results. On clicking the email icon, the native email client will open.
How to set up Email us?
- On the Whatfix dashboard, click the Widgets tab.
- Click Self Help.
- Click Configuration.
- Click Support.
- Click the Email Support checkbox.
- In the text box below, enter the email address.
