Integrating email support in Self Help

The Email Integration in your Whatfix widget will open the native email client. Once set up, this feature will allow the user to email to your contact/support email.

How does it work?

The Email once enabled, will be a button inside the Self Help. The icon will show up only after a user searches in the menu and gets no results. On clicking the email icon, the native email client will open.

How to set up Email us?

  • Log on to your Whatfix account that contains flows for your application.

  • Click on the widgets tab and select Self Help.

  • Here, click on Configuration and then Support.

  • Enable the "Email Support" by clicking on the checkbox.

  • Under this, enter the email address.
