What is Smart Context?

When you create any content on a web application using Whatfix, there is usually an additional effort required to configure the content using advanced Visibility/Display Rules so that it is shown where it is required. Smart Context is a proprietary Whatfix patented algorithm that eliminates the need to manually create multiple segments to display relevant content contextually to different audiences on an application.

For example, say you have a 5-page application and two roles, traditionally, you'd need to create 10 segments, one for each user role on each page, to ensure that each kind of user is shown only the relevant topics on each of the 5 pages. But when Smart Context is enabled and content is created, Whatfix auto-determines which content is to be shown on which page.
