# Is there a limit to the number of links I can add to Self Help?

There is no limit to the number of content items you can add to a Self Help. You can include links, articles, flows, videos, or any other supported content types in a Self Help.

However, only the**first 20 items** appear in the default listing that end users see initially. Any additional items beyond the first 20 remain accessible through search or by expanding the Self Help menu.

#### Can users search for specific links and other content within Self Help?

Yes. Users can search for any content, including links, using keywords.

If a user’s search term matches part or all of the keywords in a link or content title, the relevant result appears in Self Help—provided it falls within the [configured Search Scope](/studio/docs/restrict-self-help-search-results-using-tags) of that segment. For instance, if a user’s search term is “Pop-up”, the Self Help returns results that exactly match or contain the searched term.

The **Search Scope** determines what content is included in a Self Help segment’s search results. For example, if you configure a Self Help segment to include items tagged `Support`, users see results that match both their search term and the tag.

For more information, see [Search Scope of a Self Help segment](/studio/docs/restrict-self-help-search-results-using-tags).
