Join an existing workspace in Whatfix Comments

Use the following steps to join a workspace:

You can only join public workspaces. To join a private workspace, you need to be invited by someone who's already a part of that workspace. They can invite you by tagging you in a comment using your email ID.

  1. Click the Whatfix Comments widget.

  2. Using the dropdown on the top right, click Create or join workspace.

  3. Sroll down to the workspace you want to join and click the Join button.
