A workspace in Whatfix Comments is a dedicated area to collaborate with a group of people who are also part of the same workspace. Join an existing workspace to connect with the people in your organization.

Use the following steps to join a workspace:

To join a private workspace, you need to be invited by someone who's already a part of that workspace. They can invite you by tagging you in a comment using your email ID.

Click the Whatfix Comments widget.
Using the dropdown, click Create or join workspace.
Scroll down to the workspace you want to join, and then click the Join button.
