Auto Testing requires access to the application on which you want to test content. Provide this access by sharing the login details of the application with Whatfix using Login Flows.
Login Flows are Flows containing the login credentials through which you want Whatfix to access your application. These Flows must be added to Test Suites to test content.
Create a Login Flow
Use the following steps to create a login Flow:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Auto testing.

Click Test logins.

Click + Create Login Flow.

In the pop-up, enter the URL of your application’s login page.

Click Go.

You are redirected to the URL you entered and Whatfix Studio is launched.
On Whatfix Studio, enter the name of the Login Flow.

Click + Add Step.

Select the login element for the flow, and then on Studio, select Auto Input.

Enter your credentials in the Enter value field.

Click the Eye icon and see the Login ID and the Password when you enter the values in the Enter Value field.
You will only see the Eye icon when you start typing or editing your credentials.

Once the Login Flow is saved, you cannot see the Eye icon. Whatfix does this to ensure the safety of your sensitive data.
Click Save Login Flow Step.

Click Save Login Flow.

Add a Login Flow to a Test Suite
Use the following steps to add a login Flow to a Test Suite:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Auto testing.

Click Test logins.

Select the Login Flow that you want to add to the Test Suite using the checkbox.

Click + Add to Test Suite.

Select the Test Suite to which you want to add the Login Flow.

Info:
You can add a Login Flow to more than one Test Suite.
You cannot add multiple Login Flows to a particular Test Suite.
Click Add login flow.
