## Overview

Share data from your Microsoft Forms Pro or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice account with your Whatfix account using integration. ## Prerequisites

- You need to have a premium account in Microsoft Flow or Microsoft Power Automate.
- You need to create a survey on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice using the survey variables. For more information on how to use survey variables, contact your Whatfix representative.

## Use cases

Here are some use cases that are possible using this integration:

- Show the survey only to users who haven't completed the survey.
- Show the survey until the users complete the mandatory security course.
- Show the survey to new users until they submit their onboarding feedback.

This integration is not available for [Self Hosted](/studio/docs/self-hosting-whatfix-content) mode of deployment.
