Integrating Whatfix and Oracle Fusion requires backend configuration that can only be done by Whatfix. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.

Use cases

You can personalize the user experience based on the following conditions:

  • Showing a Welcome Pop-up to new users based on their Job Information and employment type.
  • Showing a Success or Task completion Pop-up when a process is done using the Business Unit information.
  • Triggering a Flow automatically when they log in or complete a specific task based on their User Role and Department.
  • Showing survey forms in a pop-up to get user feedback from a department.
