Overview
Whatfix and Oracle integration enables you to segment users based on their Role, Department, Job type, and other related information to show personalized Whatfix content.

Integrating Whatfix and Oracle Fusion requires backend configuration that can only be done by Whatfix. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Use cases
You can personalize the user experience based on the following conditions:
- Showing a Welcome Pop-up to new users based on their Job Information and employment type.
- Showing a Success or Task completion Pop-up when a process is done using the Business Unit information.
- Triggering a Flow automatically when they log in or complete a specific task based on their User Role and Department.
- Showing survey forms in a pop-up to get user feedback from a department.
